Default Mystery tool found in a collection of jewellery tools at a boot sale

I know not strictly jewellery related but I am sure somebody will recognise this …..is it a riveting tool?

Thanks. Probably not much use to jewellery making! Unless you know better!

Will have to experiment how to do that. Neat little tool, very cheap to!

Hi Peter, I'm jumping the queue I'm afraid. I have a show on Thursday and am frantically making a bit more stock. I have had problems with my gas set-up. Calor have stopped making the 4kg size and I cant lift the bigger 7kg one upstairs as my workroom is my spare bedroom. Anyway I went to Flogas who still do a 4kg but I had to get new handpiece, tubes and regulator, so got the beginners Sievert one from Cookies which has a regulator but it also has a black button which allows the gas through. Does it turn down the amount of gas going through, hope you can answer me as there isnt anyone down here that knows, and it is important that I know before I start soldering things. Pat
