I am developing quite an amount of scraps of sterling silver. How do you recycle and with whom please? I don’t have any rolling or melting equipment so it will need to be sent away.

If you weigh out small amounts you can easily melt them on a charcoal block into 'blobs' and hammer them on a steel block to make simple earrings. I find it very therapeutic watching silver melt! Small blobs are also good for decorating pieces.
