Its blowing a gale outside but I feel so sunny
Morning all, I know there arent many of us around at the weekends, but i just wanted to share my sence of sunniness with those of you still with me.
Its blowing a gale outsdie and not at all nice, the kind of weather where i like to just batten down the hatches, light a nice fire in the grate and snuggle under my big furry blankie that i have on my settie.
I have to pop out this morning to take mother to a shop in the village and to top up my phone, but then i will be back home for a little while to work on my bracelet that i have started, to incorporate some Rob Johnson beads i bought a while back. I assembled it yesterday, but need to do some adjustments as its no quite long enough. Later i have to deliver my youngests car around the corner to his friends house as there is a car meeting tonight (Pete will be driving it) and kurt will be taking his and they will all go off to Newhaven for a cruise, and some car magazine thing. And Kit wants it round at Jasons and they will polish it etc there so that it doesnt then go down our little potholed lane after being cleaned lol
I feel so chipper this morning and its a wonderful feeling that i just wanted to share. Life is very good atm, i feel very warm inside, and am feeling healthier than i have for a long time courtesy of shifting that first three stone. And i have the prospect of a good business venture in the offing.
I am hoping 2010 will be my year, as the last decade has been a very tough one, it began on the millenium new years eve and of course two months in i lost my beloved Rikki, the pain of losing a child is something i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy, it never gets easier no matter what people say about time healing, i relive those final minutes over and over again.
So this decade, i hope to solve a few problems, get my life back on track, and start to live.
Huge hugs to all my cookies, you have inspired, supported, and guided me into a world of creativity and fun. Lots of changes are afoot i hope, lots of mountains to climb, obstacles to overcome, but i am hoping for great things.

Life can be such a pig at times and when you hit rock bottom it can be really hard to see a way out - or find the energy to work towards it. Everything always looks so much better if you can just get your brain in gear and try to put a positive spin on things! It sounds like you are really motoring now - with all these great things happening to you! I hope you have a fantastic decade coming up (and the ones after, of course!) and that you never stop smiling, feeling happy, healthy and positive!
