    Default Charm bracelets

Hi all, hope I'm posting this in the right place - bear with me, I'm new....

I'm looking for a supplier of a sterling silver multi jump ring 'sweetie' style charm bracelet - obviously lots of results from a google search but nothing that I would necessarily trust! Nothing similar at Cooksons. Wondering if I could make my own perhaps...anyone else come across these anywhere?

    Thanks
    Louise

Do you mean copies of the Links of London ones?

They're just heavyweight soldered jumprings on an elastic bracelet. Very simple to make up yourself if you like.

Avoid the ones on ebay and discount sites like poison - they're pretty much all fake Links one (down to the logo) and are silver plated on some pretty nasty base metals.

Or you could buy snake chain bracelets and put the jump rings on yourself.

Thanks both...yes, definitely want to avoid anything that's trying to be something that it's not!

This style of bracelet is undoubtedly popular though so wanted to offer as an option to customers - with my charms attached.

I think I'll have a go at making something similar myself!

Hiya, if you use a snake bracelet - rather than elastic, how'd you stop them all falling off when you take the bracelet off/put it on?

solder the end caps on after the rings are in place. If you don't solder, you could use a double clasp.

    ooh speedy reply thanks.
But aren't the end caps for snake chain the same diameter as the chain (ish). I still can't see how the jump rings don't come off....

    thanks

You use an end cap with a large ring for the clasp. The id of the jump rings is fairly small, so the 'retaining' ring doesn't actually have to be that big.
