Post office blues

Is Canada new? I've sent jewellery there before via Airsure and ISF, and my post office hasn't told me jewellery isn't allowed, but don't think I've sent there in the past few months.

No, I just had such a nightmare (no wooden boxes, then only jewellery up to £500, then told if it does get picked up the customs charge was astronomical). I made rings for a couple back in January, they are being taken with visitors next month. I am praying they are ok, as no idea what to do if they need any kind of adjusting!
