I am probably too late to join this challenge...... could have added fold forged ring maybe?

You're not to late Lynne. These challenges are just for fun. We get a new one mid month but they never close so you can add anything anytime. Lets see your ring then
Here's some bits from me. The ring is 2mm round wire hammred and sweared at to make it look like that. It now sits proudly on my right thumb. The earrings are sheet hammered on to mesh to give them texture then shaped in doming block. I made them to sell but not sure if I can part with them!

Hello Lynne, I remember some of your rings from RAD! I love that foldformed one.
(P.S. this thread is supposed to be items made since 15 March - there is a new challenge suggested each month for people to have a go at - helps to keep the creative juices flowing.)
Gemma those earring are lovely - thanks for mentioning that you hammered the sheet onto the mesh, as I just assumed they were put through a rolling mill! That's a good alternative for someone who doesn't have a mill, for textures like that.
Rolling mill= v. expensive. Steel mesh= free scrap from friend!! Not sure if you can hammer silver onto other materials to get texture but I'm gonna experiment!!
Gemma
They're both fabulous but I especially love the texture you achieved with hammering onto the mesh. Yummy!
I think I'd keep them too
Lynne still love that fold formed ring!
