All the back breaking work with be worth it in the end when the room is yours and set up just as you want it.

I'm trying to persuade myself that this weekend is a good time to start clearing through the junk in the spare room so that I can move on to decorating sometime in the next 6 months.

But since I've been saying that for the last 2 years I'm not too optimistic. Although I am borrowing a friends time to help out so she may bully me into it - which would be really useful!!

Anyone know how to fill in a hole in the sloping part of a ceiling since a built in wardrobe support has been removed???

Never mind about the hole - just asked someone here at work who seems to know such things - and now I have a list of things to go and check about the hole so he can "formulate" a solution for me to try - eep!
