Hours: 37.5 - Core hours vary to suit departmental requirements.
Holidays: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays per annum. After one full calendar year of employment the entitlement will increase to 24 days and after a second full calendar year of employment the entitlement will be 25 days.
Cookson Pension Plan: After three full calendar months of service there is the opportunity to join the Cookson Group Personal Pension Plan. The company will match contributions of up to 8% of salary, upon joining the Pension Plan life assurance is enhanced to up to six times your salary.
