Group Leader - Production

To Manage, Monitor, Measure, Plan and Lead the development and maintenance of the 3 Production Cells ensuring there are sufficient plans and controls to enable all production targets for cost, quality and delivery to be achieved safely and within capital and revenue budgets. To drive improvement across the Production group, using lean and other best practice techniques whilst utilising relevant resources in order to maximize our competitiveness and in support of all the principle accountabilities.

The ideal candidates will possess some of the following attributes:-

• 3 years + working in a multi discipline manufacturing environment at a project or management level
• Unrivalled knowledge/application of 'Lean' manufacturing within jewellery sector, precious metal and/or relevant disciplines
• Previous exposure to a leading role in whilst a business changed and stabilised
• Proven influence, management and development of both teams & individuals
• Experienced project sponsor preferably 6 Sigma trained
• A highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about CPM's reorganisation including the New Company Behaviours
• A Company role model who has the 'will to win' and 'can do' attitude coupled with a coach/mentor style
• An effective and efficient communicator across all levels

Business Development Manager

Marketing Assistant

Cookson Precious Metals is seeking a Marketing Assistant, to provide support for the Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager by contributing to the preparation and implementation of (both on and off line) strategic and tactical marketing plans.

Assistant Retail Prepper & Outwork Controller

This role will be split 50/50 between Retail Prep and Outworker Control.

Retail Prep - to assist the preparation of retail orders to ensure timely delivery to customers

Outwork - to ensure work is distributed to the outworkers as agreed with the outwork controller and material is controlled accurately

The ideal candidates will possess some the following attributes:-

• Experience of working in a stock picking environment
• Experience of admin and control of material
• Good numeric skills
• Organised, and good eye for detail
