Cooksons enamelling range contains both vitreous enamels and epoxy resin enamels (often referred to as cold enamel). These two types of enamel offer jewellers the ability to create striking and colourful enamelled jewellery.

Vitreous enamel is glass bonded by heat to a metal surface such as gold, silver, platinum. Our vitreous enamelling range offers a full selection of enamelling kits, containing the actual different coloured enamels, along with all the enamelling supplies and tools required.

Epoxy Enamelling Resin (cold enamel) gives a wide selection of effects without the need for a kiln. With a little practice a professional look can be achieved on silver copper, and the resins cure to a hard shiny surface finish, avoiding the need to polish finish. Our range of tools and accessories for cold enamelling includes the enamel resins ins transparent, opaque, metallic and sparkle finishes.
