This form of Precious Metal Clay 3 allows the user
to extrude PMC in a string-like shape. Syringe form
is slightly more moist than clay form, but not as
moist as paste. Syringe form is useful either to
decorate items made with other forms or to create
objects such as filigree. The syringe comes loaded
with 9 grams of PMC3 and includes one tip that
can be trimmed to allow different gauge extrusion.

Good but could be better, 4 Aug 2008

This is an excellent and easy way of applying very small amounts of pmc. Easy to clean and store. Only benefit would have been to have had a couple of extruding tips to allow varying thicknesses of application as once the tip is cut, options of how much can be extruded are suddenly limited. Only way around this is to have many syringes cut to differing sizes, a pretty expensive option.

Sliver in a syringe How easy is this to use.....even complete beginners have produced really impressive hollow beads using this product. Use the syringe like an icing bag and pipe onto cork clay, let it dry and then fire in a kiln or even with a blow-torch to produce filigree beads that are amazing. Highly, highly recommended
