Glardon Vallorbe file very fine finish, nice squared 'handle' - easy to control orientation.Crossing file perfect for cleaning edges leaving a finish ready for the polisher. The side edges of this file are blunt so not good for finishing into very tight corners see safety-back or barrette file but less likely to nick curves. The very fine cutting surface clogs easily if no cutting compound burr lifewax used.
