A pusher known as a Bezel Roller.

a wooden handle this tool is employed to push metal of a
setting over a stone.
Most suited to a 'Rubover Setting' - Burnishers may also
be used for this setting see 999 AJH-AJL/CAN & CJE.
For pushers suitable for claw setting see 999 AKS/AKT.
