Does the job, but very expensive for what amounts to two concentric mini plastic buckets with a heater in between them. The price cannot be based on the cost to manufacture. It also looks like its been cobbled together in a garden shed. I suspect that the price would drop dramatically if there was a competitor product available. But until then.....

Rating 5 out of 5 Excellent, 19 Sep 2008

I have 2 of these and they are brilliant as they dont take up too much room on my desk and are worth buying as they work perfectly without any problems. Would recommend this for anyone who really only does small pieces which is what I do.

If room in your workshop is an issue then the mini pickle could be just what your looking for.Unless you make large sculptural pieces on a regular basis this unit is more than capable of dealing with everything a jobbing workshop can throw at it.
