Finger protection tape protects the fingers from cuts,
burns & abrasions. It is thin and tough and allows the
user to handle small articles more easily than when wear
ing gloves.
The tape sticks only to itself, not the skin so it can
easily be removed and allows the skin to breathe.
90 feet per roll.

My wife bought this tape for my fingers. Im a floorlayer and regularly wear the skin away on my fingertips. This tape is the best prevention Ive found yet

Saves fingers when holding small items against a polishing wheel , 22 Sep 2008

Polishing wheels are notoriously known for snatching and or flinging anything that comes close, with potentially disastrous consequences due to their high speeds. Before polishing small items, mould a small amount of tape to make cap ends for your thumb and fingers. This allows you to safely hold your item to the wheel and protect your fingertips. Doing this takes only seconds and only uses a small amount of tape. As the tape is designed to only stick to itself, it will release from your fingers instantly if it happens to catch on the polishing wheel - unlike a glove which could easily take your hand with it...NB ALWAYS wear safety glasses

This is the best product I have purchased in a long time. It sticks to itself, not your work. It protects your fingers whilst you still have grip and control of your work. It takes no time to snip 10 - 20cm to wrap around your digit. There is a small resistance to heat - but obvious precautions should be taken. I use this everytime I am at my bench - gripping is easier and it adds a new meaning to being green fingered
