Delivery methods We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient and safe delivery of your order. We constantly review our carriers, and our delivery rates to ensure we offer a great delivery service at a competitive price.
All our items are despatched by a network of carriers including amongst others, Royal Mail and DHL.
We will do our best to despatch your order the same day, we are currently despatching 97% of all orders same day.
If you want to track your parcel, please use the tracking reference from your E-despatch notification that has been emailed to you. Please note that our trackable services are Royal Mail Special Delivery, TNT, FedEx and DHL. Parcels that are sent First Class Post and Recorded Delivery cannot be tracked. Do you accept International Orders ? Cooksongold welcomes orders from all over the world, and currently deals with customers in over 50 countries.

If you are looking to order hazardous goods, please note that some carriers will not take these. If you want to purchase hazardous goods, please email your query to email@example.com. We will then be able to advise if this item can be sent to your country.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches it's destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges, take no responsibility for them and cannot predict what they may be.

How do I return items? Please complete the returns form here following the simple procedure.
If you are returning an item and you request for another product, then please be aware that a credit will be raised on the returned product. A new order will then be raised for the new product. If you pay for your orders using a credit or debit card, then we will contact you for payment.

Goods returned for credit that were correctly supplied, or cut to your requirements i.e. sheet, wire, chain, etc, may be subject to a handling charge.

Cooksongold Returns Policy At Cookson Gold, we are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you enjoy using and working with, but we also know that for one reason or another there may be a time where you will need to return or exchange something that you have bought from us. What we recommend you to do initially when receiving your goods is to check them carefully before using them.

Returned goods will be credited if returned in their original condition, and with a completed Returns Form. For special order items, such as bespoke cut bullion, please see below.
Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price on the date of invoice.
We will only refund return postage for goods not required if returned in less than 30 days. If the prepaid postage option is used and the return is over 30 days, we will deduct the cost from your refund. If you are returning an item due to a fault of ours, we will always refund postage charges but would ask that we choose the postage method.
If you request a refund, this will be normally processed within one working week.
Exchanging an item If you are returning an item within 30 days and would like an exchange, then please be aware that a credit will be raised on the returned item. A new order will then be raised for the new product. If you pay for your orders using a credit or debit card, then we will contact you for payment. If you request an exchange, as the item was received faulty, then this is normally processed within one working week.

Cancelling an order within 30 days
You may cancel stocked orders by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of ordering, for manufactured orders please contact us. Such notice may be given by mail, fax or email (all contact details can be found at the bottom of this page). If you are cancelling because of a problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation by calling us on 0345 100 1122.
Special order items
We regret to advise that some special order items including some cut bullion will not be accepted for return. Please call us on 0345 100 1122 to discuss this further.
Item sent incorrectly
If items have been sent incorrectly, please can you contact our customer service team on either
0345 100 1122 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise on the next step to take and endeavour for the correct item to be dispatched the same day you notify us.
Item is faulty or has developed a fault For items that have been received faulty/ developed a fault, in the first instance, please can you contact our customer service team on either 0345 100 1122 or email email@example.com. We will then advise the next steps you need to take. This will depend on the item and when this was purchased as it may have to go back to our supplier for testing.
Return of items more than 30 days old If you want to return items that were bought more than 30 days ago, we may still accept the item but there may be an administrative charge and exclusions do apply, e.g. if the bullion has been cut to some requirements. The C100 Mini Combination Rolling Mill from Durston is an ideal compact precision mini rolling mill for jewellers. Built with one-piece cast iron construction for optimum strength, the C100 Durston Mini Rolling Mill features 9 square wire grooves, high quality steel flat rollers with a maximum sheet thickness of 5mm, and extension rollers with 4 half round wire grooves, high quality steel flat rollers with a maximum sheet thickness of 5mm, and extension rollers with 4 half round wire grooves. Maximum sheet width is 60mm, square wire capacity ranges from 6.5mm down to 1mm, and half round wire capacity ranges from 4mm down to 1.5mm. The C100 Durston Mini Rolling Mill also features direct drive gear ratios, maintenance free bearings and large, easy to read, calibrated discs. The change of the shape will be dependent on the shape of the grooves in the rollers. Both flat plate and rollers are used to reduce the gauge in a gradual process. Metal should be annealed between each stage of rolling. The distance between the rollers is reduced and enlarged by turning a wheel on top of the rolling mill. On the wheel is a dial gauge for precise rolling gap measurement. Rollers should be kept clean and mark free - marks on the roller will be to the metal surface as it is rolled through the e plates. All Durston compact rolling mills should be secured to a surface before use, preferably a free standing mill stand such as 999 AXW. Oh, my word. I've covetted a rolling mill of my own for too many years sonce late 80's ahem. It has been so worth the wait. I almost spent a lesser ammount on a cheap model elsewhere but quality goods are worth the cost. It's true it needs to be bolted down, either to a bench or to a purpose built stand but its just such a beautiful piece of kit. Should last me forever! Thank you Cooksons, thank you Durston

I recently purchased one of these and it is great, it is very solid and does a great job, easy to use and you only have to attach the handle, bolt it down and off you go. Very sturdy design and like the wire options with it. It didnt come with bolts and nuts to add to a work top, guess that because they dont know the thickness but would have helped as had to go back out and get these. I love it though and it will serve a life time if looked after... and at the mo it sure is being molly coddled. Id definately recommend this make and design for any designer. 10 stars from me

I had wanted a rolling mill since I first took silver smithing lessons in the eighties and finally treated myself for my last birthday. I love it, it has fulfilled my expectations. I have it attached to the end of my workbench but it is not so heavy that I cant move it if need be. The patterns are only limited by my imagination and I love using it for rolling large soldered jumprings into ovals for bracelet findings.

I was given this minimill two years ago. I lack space in my work area and have mounted it to my jewellers bench as I have no room to use a stand. It has proved to be solid but not too heavy. It has been reliable and versatile and I get a lot of creative pleasure from it, from the practical rolling of metal to producing a wide selection of patterns. A good present
