Our settings and jewellery engravers speak for themselves. The pusher style 3, with a square end, is not only a great pusher but also perfect as a flush setting tool. It’s easy to handle, sturdy but gentle, with delicate settings that don’t mark the metal – and it’s cost effective. Engraving tools in particular are a useful tool for any jewellery maker and will form an essential part of your jewellery making workspace. Take the Dremel engraver – the brilliance of this engraver is in its simplicity and that it’s nice to hold too, making work a pleasure. It also comes in handy for engraving on a wide variety of materials such as wood, glass, plastics, metal and ceramics. Perfect for all your jewellery engraving needs. Our flat scorper, in size 10, is another worthy edition to your setting and engraving tools. Scorpers are used by both setters and engravers. Made from steel, they’re used for cutting and carving into metals. A flat shaped scorper such as the size 10 is ideal for lettering, shaving, scraping, bright cutting and bordering. We also sell grain tools – our line boasts everything from individual tools to a wood-based set of 12 – all for perfect use on grain settings. Our burnishers are just as efficient. They’re second to none in their versatility and can be used for numerous techniques, such as creating shine. A burnisher contrasts matte finishes too. We’ve even been told our curved burnisher with wooden handle is one of your favourite instruments in your toolbox! Finally, get your claws into a prong lifter. Made from steel, this tool is used to raise or lift claws of a setting when removing a stone and it won’t leave marks on your jewellery either.
