Product Code: ASA 000

Casting Temperature Range : 970 - 1090°C.
Nominal Cast Hardness HV : 75
Flask temperatures are typically 500-600°C
Molten standard silver is extremely fluid, giving
excellant reproduction of finely detailed patterns,
but has a strong tendency to absorb oxygen.
This may cause porous or brittle castings.
A reducing gas cover, or similar precautions, should
be used to minimise this effect.
Our casting grain is cadmium free (0.025% cadmium
maximum).
