18ct Low Pallad. White Grain Aa225

Casting Temperature 1150-1175 °C.
Flask Temperature 550 - 650 °C.
Melting range: 982 - 1025 °C.
Good fluidity, Nickel-Free alloy.
Age hardens, so quench quickly from a dull red heat.
Avoid quenching from high temperatures, which can
cause cracking.
Because of high melting temp, reaction with investment
can cause gas porosity, so use lowest possible flask
temperature which gives adequate filling.
This actually has a lower palladium content than nicke
free (ALZ 000) grain and therefore is not quite as whi
not quite as white in colour.
